Returns & Refunds policy
Digital Business Card and Products:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
IPTV Refund Policy
At Shatilally, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible service. However, we understand that issues may arise, and in such cases, we are more than willing to consider refund requests under the following conditions:
1. Requesting a Refund: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders our service unusable, you may request a refund. To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Ensure you have your transaction order ID on hand.
Send an email with the subject “Request for Refund” to contact@shatilally.ca
In your email, provide detailed information about the issues you are facing and the reasons for your refund request.
In certain cases, we may request proof to better understand and address your concerns.
2. Technical Issue Resolution: We are committed to resolving technical issues to your satisfaction. Before a refund can be processed, we kindly ask that you allow us an opportunity to assist you in resolving any technical problems. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will proceed with the refund process.
3. Refund Timeframe: Refunds can only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds can be processed.
4. Refund Process for Credit Card Payments: If you made your purchase using a credit card, please note that refunds are typically processed, and funds returned to the debit card or bank account linked to the card within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, refund processing may take up to 90 days. Please be aware that these timeframes are beyond our control, as we are not the payment provider but the IPTV service provider.
5. Complete and Partial Refunds: Refunds for purchases made within 72 hours will be processed in full. For all other refund requests, refunds will be issued partially based on the period of subscription used. IPTV Canada’s support team will communicate with users in all refund cases.
6. Exclusions from Refunds: Please note that refunds or partial refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Inability to set up your own devices and systems at your end: While we provide assistance for setting up boxes, devices, apps, and systems, we cannot account for individual circumstances or configurations beyond predefined steps.
Occasional channel freezing, buffering, or temporary disruptions: While we strive to maintain stable servers, occasional disruptions may occur due to factors such as internet fluctuations, device setup issues, ISP problems, server downtime, or user preferences.
If you cannot access your IPTV subscription for 48 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will consider a complete refund or add the lost time to your subscription for free. Additionally, we may offer extra bonuses, which can be discussed and negotiated.
